Domestic Shipping (USA Only)
- We currently only ship within the United States, including its territories.
Free Shipping on Eligible Products
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders that include eligible products. Check the product page for free shipping eligibility.
Shipment Processing Time
- Most orders process within 2-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
- If we anticipate a delay due to high order volume, we’ll contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Overnight Delivery
- Overnight delivery is available for addresses within the continental United States.
- Place your overnight order by 9 am (EST) the day before your desired delivery date for timely processing.
- Survival Gear Kit cannot guarantee carrier delivery times. Please contact the carrier directly for delays or issues with overnight shipping.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order is packaged and labeled.
- Tracking information becomes available once the carrier scans the package.
Shipping Charges
- For orders that don’t qualify for free shipping, shipping charges are calculated based on the estimated weight of your items and the shipping destination.
- All packages are sent “no signature required.” Contact customer service at store@survivalgearkit.com(Monday-Friday, 9 am- 5 pm EST) to request “signature required” delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- As we only ship within the USA, there are no customs or duties to worry about.
Non-Delivered Items
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Survival Gear Kit cannot provide further information beyond the tracking details.
- Contact your local Post Office, UPS office, or FedEx office for assistance.
- Order Protection: We highly recommend keeping Order Protection in your cart. It ensures your package and allows for free re-shipment if items are lost or damaged (subject to stock availability). Removing Order Protection means your package is not covered.
Returned Packages
- If your package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees. This applies to free shipping orders as well.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Freight Charges
- Contact us for freight shipping options and rates for large orders. We’ll work with you or your preferred freight company to coordinate logistics.
Damages
- Survival Gear Kit is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Retain all packaging and damaged goods as evidence for your claim.
